Do I need to buy a seat for every teammate?
No. Members are unlimited. Your subscription covers a shared pool of workspace credits, so you pay for what your team processes, with no per-seat fees.
How are credits used?
Credits cover recording, transcription, and AI summaries. Consumption depends on meeting duration, the AI model, and the amount of text processed. Generating another summary uses additional credits.
What if we have a busier month?
Add credits to the same workspace balance with a top-up, or choose a plan with more monthly credits.
Who can access a recording?
Keep it private, share it with your workspace, or enable a shareable link. Anyone with an enabled public link can access that recording, so share those links deliberately.
Can I connect my AI agent today?
Not yet. MCP connections are coming in a future release. Today, Goelo records, transcribes, summarizes, and lets you share your meetings. The agent workflow on this page is a preview of the direction we are building.
